Talent Foundation: Enabling Communities, Building the Future

Our program significantly impacts rural communities, where we have trained over 40,000 candidates. This includes necessary life skills like problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, in line with the National Education Policy 2020. Our initiatives help the development of communities by enhancing the skills needed for financial independence. We create spaces where rural communities can learn from each other, grow together, and achieve their dreams.

We have educated over 9,000 people about health and safety. We have conducted health camps in more than 30 rural areas to detect and treat various health issues. Our hygiene education and safety training sessions have helped participants live healthier and create safer environments in their homes and communities for the long term.

We have actively engaged in tree plantation drives in different cities, including Jharkhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, etc., where we have planted over 10,000 trees. This has helped to mitigate environmental challenges and increase green spaces for wildlife to some extent. Our commitment benefits both current and future generations by making cities healthier and more lively for everyone. We foster a sense of environmental responsibility by involving organizations and volunteers.
